Home / Cookie policy
Cookies, in plain terms.
What this site stores in your browser, why it stores it, and how you can decline. Effective 18 March 2026.
What a cookie is
A cookie is a small file your browser saves on your device when you visit a website. Cookies allow a site to remember things between page loads (for example, that you have just clicked “Accept” on a banner) and to count visits in an aggregate way. Reachbay uses cookies modestly and predominantly for the first of those reasons.
The categories on reachbay.bond
Strictly necessary
These are the bare minimum needed for the site to work. They include the session identifier used to keep the brief form’s security token alive, and the small flag that remembers whether you have already responded to the cookie banner. Strictly necessary cookies cannot be declined; if you refuse them, the site will not work.
Functional (off by default)
We do not currently set functional cookies of our own. Should we add a feature (for example, a saved language preference), it will appear in this category and you may decline it from the banner.
Analytics (off by default)
If you accept the analytics category, we set a single short-lived first-party cookie which counts page views in aggregate. We use a privacy-respecting service hosted within the European Economic Area; we do not run Google Analytics, advertising pixels, or third-party social-network tracking. Declining the analytics category prevents the cookie from being written.
Controlling what is set
On your first visit you will see a small banner offering “Accept all” and “Decline”. Your choice is remembered for twelve months. To change it later, click the Cookie preferences link in the footer of any page.
You may also block or delete cookies entirely through your browser. Doing so will disable the form’s security token and prevent your enquiry from reaching the studio — in which case please email [email protected] directly.
External resources
The site loads typefaces from Google Fonts. Google’s privacy practices apply to that connection. No advertising or social-network resources are loaded on this site.
Updates
If we change the cookies we set, we will update this page and the effective date above. The cookie banner will reappear after a material change so you can re-state your preference.
