1. The parties

These terms are between you and Reachbay Atelier Sdn Bhd, a private limited company incorporated in Malaysia under Co. Reg. 1542893-W, with its registered office at Suite 18-3, Plaza Damansara, Jalan Medan Setia 2, Bukit Damansara, 50490 Kuala Lumpur (“Reachbay”, “we”, “us”).

2. Scope of this notice

This notice governs your use of the website at reachbay.bond and the enquiry process that may follow from it. It does not constitute or replace the design or build contract that Reachbay enters into with a confirmed client — that contract is set out in a separately signed document.

3. Use of the website

You may browse the site for any lawful, non-commercial purpose. You may not attempt to interfere with the operation of the site, copy substantial portions of its content for republication, frame the site within another property, or scrape the site for any automated re-use.

4. Intellectual property

5. The enquiry form

Submitting a brief through the enquiry form does not, by itself, create any contractual relationship. A formal Reachbay engagement begins only when both parties sign a written letter of appointment specifying scope, fees and timeline.

The fee ranges, timelines and service descriptions on this site are indicative and reflect typical Reachbay engagements at the date of publication. The specific terms of any project, including fee structure, deliverables and timeline, are set in the project-specific letter of appointment.

7. External links

The site may link to external resources for context (for example, Malaysian authority bodies or external research). Reachbay does not endorse and is not responsible for the content or practices of external sites.

8. Liability

The site is provided in good faith and on an “as is” basis.
